Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy
Payment policy for the Solstice Chakra Reset is as follows:

A deposit must be made to secure your reservation at our Solstice Chakra Reset. In order to secure your reservation with a deposit, participants must either deposit 50% of the total cost of retreat, or a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the retreat while committing to a monthly payment plan that is approved by the retreat organizers. Keep in mind that all participants must have deposited 50% of the total cost of the retreat by March 31st, and 100% of the total costs by April 30, 2023.

We have an early bird special (a $100 discount off the retreat price listed) that runs through January 31st, 2023. Our original prices, without the $100 discount, go into effect on Feb 1, 2023.

As a reminder, 50% of total cost of retreat must be paid by March 31, 2023. 100% of total cost of retreat must be completed no later than April 30, 2023.

Payments can be completed via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Please visit our Booking My Retreat page to register and make an initial or follow-up payment.

If participants would like to make a payment via check, please email us at jamaicayogaretreats@gmail.com to confirm the mailing address.
Our Cancellation Policy is enforced according to when a registrant informs the retreat organizers by email of their plan to cancel participation.

If you cancel before or by March 31st, 2023, you will be credited all that you have deposited minus a $400 cancellation fee (plus additional processing fees).

If you cancel after March 31st, 2023 we cannot offer any refunds because of the policy that we are beholden to at Jakes Hotel.

Participants who are staying in a double occupancy room but need to cancel? Please email us and speak to your assigned roommates about the cancellation fee and penalties - as your cancellation impacts the cost of the retreat package for others with whom you share a room and/or cottage.
