Join Sheena Sood of Yoga Warrior Tales and Shesheena Bray of Going Inward Wellness, for a mindfulness opportunity for the whole family to participate in this summer! Sheena & Shesheena (aka “the Sheenas”) are partnering together to bring an outdoor family wellness series to Cobbs Creek Park to cultivate an accessible, multigenerational space for families to practice yoga and mindfulness together, in nature and in community. The adult and kids yoga sessions will be facilitated simultaneously, and will take place side-by-side in the same park setting. This way, parents/guardians/family members/sitters can participate  alongside their little ones.

Our first Yoga Warrior Tales Family Edition session will be held on Saturday, June 12th, and will continue on a bi-weekly basis through August. All of the sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 am at Cobbs Creek Park (at Cobbs Creek Parkway and Cedar Ave.).

Every session begins at 10:30 am.

Online purchase of individual sessions must be complete by midnight on the day before practice.

In-person registration on the day of must be complete no later than 10:15 am.

Shesheena Bray of Going Inward Wellness will facilitate the beginners level adult yoga sessions. Sheena Sood of Yoga Warrior Tales LLC will facilitate the kids’ yoga sessions. Individual, family and multi session packs available!
