Through incorporating asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and the technologies of meditation, sound healing, affirmation chanting, and liberatory philosophy, these group classes are designed to help students integrate the mind, body, and spirit as one into their everyday lives, interpersonal relationships, and beyond.

Yes! You can do yoga. Chair yoga is a way of practicing yoga that makes it accessible for all bodies. Book an online (via Zoom) or in-person (If you're in Philly, we can arrange to meet in a nearby outdoor park) to discover more accessible ways of bringing alignment, balance, and presence into your mind, body and spirit.
